About Us
President and CEO of National Computer Software, Inc., Neil Marzacano, saw a need back in 1986 for a low-cost solution for businesses in need of printer and copier supplies; although back then, much of the need was for dot-matrix printers and ribbons, which we still provide. Though the name of the company (National Computer Software) is confusing to some, the way Neil got started was working for a company providing the "hardware" for businesses with few people providing the "software" or supply-side of the industry. Thus, the name of the company was created (and confusion still reigns).
Neil Marzacano changed the name to National Toner and Ink (NTI) in 2010. NTI continues to provide toner, MICR toner, and ink for our clients and though, over time, the supply side of our industry has changed, our commitment to our clients has continued with the same integrity and the desire to save companies money by providing wholesale pricing on original (OEM), compatible, and remanufactured products as well as items such as maintenance kits and office-consumable products.
We have over 20 different locations across the nation that we ship our products from. We have established relationships with many vendors over the last two decades to ensure quality products in order to best serve the needs of our clients. In fact, we tried some vendors in the past but found the quality of their products did not meet our high standards. We have carefully selected our vendors primarily based on quality product; however, we have never forgotten Neil's goal of providing a lost-cost solution for companies in order for them to save money. Printing and copying continues to play a large role in the day-to-day business operation of most companies; even with the move by many companies to go as "paperless" as possible. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and encourage you to check out our testimonials.

Neil Marzacano, President
Neil incorporated National Computer Software in 1993 and incorporated National Toner and Ink in 2010. He is the toner and ink expert we all rely on. His energy and enthusiasm is unmatched when it comes to making a "sale."
Neil's "car addiction" and his love for cars are well known. He also loves the sound of the ocean surf, clean air, and the gun range in Florence, Oregon. In fact, if it wasn't for Nelder Grove and business in California, he'd probably never leave the state. When Neil is in the office and has a few minutes to spare, we often find Neil searching for new places to explore on Google Earth.
