Satisfaction Guarantee
National Toner and Ink offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our remanufactured, compatible, and OEM toner and ink products under operating conditions conforming to the specifications of the manufacturer. Our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal ware, or cause deterioration to any printer, fax, or copy machine.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-defective products within 45 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. Non-defective products must be returned with complete original shipping and product packaging material and contents, and the product and packaging must be in original, "as shipped" condition, unless the customer is dissatisfied with print quality. If this is the case, only one set of open products will be accepted for return. National Toner and Ink may, in some circumstances, accept non-defective products after 45 days from the date of purchase but before 6 months from the date of purchase, however, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Warranty Replacement Policy
National Toner and Ink will replace defective cartridges if the products are returned within 6 months of the original invoice date. All products returned under warranty will be inspected prior to replacement or credit approval.
For either non-defective or defective cartridges: We cannot accept toner cartridges for return if more than 50% of the toner powder has been used. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Get your return authorization number, return your product, and we will ship your replacement free of charge after receiving and inspecting your product. If you need your replacement immediately, you can elect (provided you have no past due invoices) to have us invoice you for the replacement product at full charge and we will credit this invoice (if warranted) after inspecting your returned product provided you have no past due invoices with National Toner and Ink.
We strive to process returns in an efficient and quick manner. We cannot process a return though without a return authorization number. Call National Toner and Ink with your invoice number and date of purchase. If we are unable to solve the problem, we will issue a return authorization number and mail or fax you a return shipping label to ship the product back to National Toner and Ink.
Shipping damage returns: If you receive a product that is damaged by shipping, please initiate a return authorization request within 3 business days after receipt. Do not throw away or alter any of the product and packaging, it must be in the same condition as it was received in order for us to properly establish that the damage was due to shipping and not due to some other cause. Depending on the shipping source, we will process the damage claim by contacting the shipping company and schedule a pickup or will provide you with a return authorization number for you to return the package to National Toner and Ink. We will replace damaged product per our Warranty Replacement policy.
Cancellation Policy/Refused Deliveries
To ensure faster delivery, we immediately transmit orders to our warehouses. Therefore, once an order is made it may not be cancelled. You will be responsible for all freight charges and a restocking fee (between 15 and 25%) on refused deliveries.
OEM Equipment Warranty Information
Does using a cartridge produced by a company other than the original OEM void the equipment warranty?
No. Using compatible or remanufactured toner and ink products does not automatically void your printer warranty. Your existing printer warranty is still in effect when you use toner or ink provided by National Toner and Ink, Inc. If you are told by manufacturer's technicians or salespeople that using non-brand supplies will void their warranty, this is not true and may be a violation of Federal Trade laws. The manufacturer may not honor your warranty though if it can be proven that the compatible products are directly responsible for your printer malfunction. If one of our cartridges causes damage to a properly maintained printer that can be traced back to the cartridge, National Toner and Ink will reimburse you for the service costs incurred; we will need a written statement on service company letterhead and the return of the subject cartridge.
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act
United States Code Annotated Title 15 Commerce and Trade
Chapter 50 Consumer Warranties 15 Section 2302
(c) No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty of such product on the consumer's using, in connection with such product, any article or service (other than article or service provided without charge under the terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade or corporate name; except that the prohibition of this subsection may be waived by the commission if;
No warrantor satisfies the Commission that the warranted product wil function properly only if the article or service so identified is used in connection with the warranted product, and The Commission finds that such a waiver is in the public interest. For more information on the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, please contact the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357.
The Sherman-Clayton Antitrust Act
The Supreme Court (IBM vs. The United States) held that IBM could not threaten customers with termination of their data processing equipment leases just because they did not use supplies manufactured by IBM. Such practice constituted a "tying agreement" and was found to be in violation of the Sherman-Clayton Antitrust Law.
Therefore, you don't have to be intimidated when people tell you they will void your warranty on your equipment if you do not use OEM (Original Equipment of the Manufacturer) toner or ink.
The practice of "tied selling" violates both United States and Canadian competition statues.
Liability: National Toner and Ink liability shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The tampering of any cartridge by any person or persons, other than by a National Toner and Ink representative, voids all warranties and releases National Toner and Ink from all liability.
